an me i tried everything but cannot get on and IRC wont load up 
i can connect to the regular server tho, i dont think that has SAC on?
mine is the same as yours turkeys also it's says GTA_SA.exe encounters a problem or says SAC cannot update.
sorry as turkey said SAC sucks.
