over thinking

this may be a part of the problem i have but

i think in every fields of life politics economics nature math biology lol
thinking a lot makes a headache this is ruining my life i can't study work or do any shit
most of my time is wasted by sitting and thinking
that maybe a silly thing for some ppl but it is a very hard problem
i think one of my friends has it so i wanted to know if sm1 know about it???!!
