I agree with Cobra on Hell_Raiser, he's a cool guy but skill wise he doesn't quite make it yet.
I'm cool with recruiting new blood though, but not anytime soon.
And we should set a minimum requirement of joining like.
Must be someone that:
- Played SA-MP for at least 4/5 years.
- We all know and like.
- Skills wise just as good as any of us or better.
- Etc.
