Rewarding or not, I feel making it 160 (or well, anything more) would make it overpowered. LVP is still about running weapons, mostly. If you give the sniper more damage, it will become sniper madness.
If you want to make it more realistic because a sniper is usually pretty much a 1 shot kill, then every weapon should deal more damage. If you get hit by a sawnoff in the face, there is no way you will survive
