First make sure you have the latest SAMP client (0.3e) from here http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php then add the LVP server to your client (server address is 85.17.220.2:7777)
Then if you can remember what ingame name you registered with just make sure that name is listed in your SAMP client, then open the server, type the password and you will be logged in.
If you need to register a new account then just do it here at www.sa-mp.nl or if you have forgotten your password or have problems logging in then use the @ key to talk to administrators ingame (even if you havent logged in).
You can also chat to admins or other players on IRC at http://www.sa-mp.nl/about/irc.html
