House Decoration: Testing 1

I can't at this point find any problems with the handler when I've tested it. I've fixed a few issues with pausing and virtual worlds and a few tweaks to the interface, but I can't find a reason to not continue the development of it.

thats what i was on.. well must be the fact, that we arent registered on the server and only the actual house-owner can custom the docaration - i think this isnt even bad so the interior-editing will be all up to the owner and no admin can mix everything up
