It's basically the new AlterIW for Modern Warfare 2. This mod allows anyone (even people with a cracked game) to play on dedicated servers. There are many people playing, and it provides new gamemodes such as Gun Game and two Zombie modes: everyone against bots or two teams, zombies and humans.
They added ingame support for the developer console, demo recording, maps and weapons ported from SP.
