Well blackbean i dont see where your 1600€ PC would be better than my 1050€ one

Most likely you'd be way better off buying a 750€ rig  now, and in 2 years or so another new  one for 750-800€, and you'll have a much better gaming experience than being stuck with a 1600€ rig that will be outclassed by next generation hardware anyways
