How about to use some of the unused DM maps for iDM? I'm not sure whether it would get bugged or even cause lag for some people, it's just a suggestion. But the thing is that the RWTW minigame happens in a DM map as well and sometimes, for some reason, it tends to get bugged -- people falling down and it looks like the map does not load properly for a specific player after death...
Anyway, here are a few DM maps that haven't been used that perhaps could fit nicely for it:
