I do see you are using a 32bit Windows 7, while your CPU is designed for 64bit PCs.
You can try the following: As I said, increase your RAM. 4GB in total should be enough. Install 64bit Windows 7 and try it again.
Not @ higher quality, but yeah it can. I was thinking to do that, i will re-boot it again, than will share the results with you, thanks for helping out.
