Windows 7 is not the problem. 80% of us here is using Windows 7 to launch GTA
A, so am I. With 2 GB RAM I highly doubt your PC can run GTA IV without any problems, especially Crysis 2.
I do see you are using a 32bit Windows 7, while your CPU is designed for 64bit PCs.
You can try the following: As I said, increase your RAM. 4GB in total should be enough. Install 64bit Windows 7 and try it again.
