A while ago, i was walking down my stairs (i counted 
7 stairs on one and 6 on anotheer or so) i have 13 or 14 of them, also, my dog was behind me, (she isnt a small one she is probaly as tall as a 4 or 5 year old maybe or 3) And she tripped me and i fell like in gta, when u use airbreak, i had my arms half way up to my head, and my legs 1/4'th maybe to my body 
I was at the bottom at like another 6 steps my first foot landed on the 4th or 3rd step, then after i noticed i was on the floor
