3) a bit offtopic but: back in the days I once played on a server in which the casino owner had to transport his money from the vault to his LS safehouse (this had to be done in world 0). This was done in a  really slow LVPD van (these armoured things). Nobody was notified when he started his run, but the car made a red mark on the map. When you destroyed the car you got part of his money (i think 50% or so). The longer he waited for these runs the more money was stored in his vault but the more dangerous his run was.

I really loved this back when I was a noob. Maybe i would still love it.
