You will be able to spawn a simple Slamvan when you've exported 50 cars.
Exported a 100 cars? you can spawn it having x2 nitro.
150 cars? x5 nitro
200 cars? x10 nitro
500 cars? Hydraulics
1000 cars? The awesome skin
1500 cars? X2 vehicle health
2000 cars? unpoppable tires

No way. Making tune shop inaccessible for people will cause people to be angry. Second option is better.
