Ban Homie_lilc

Hello. A friend of mine (Homie_lilc) who is playing sa-mp for just a few days, has been banned (on 11 februari 2007). I've heard from an admin (Vinpower) that he was using a moneycheat, but he really didn't used it. I've only gave him a few millions. Maybe you were astonished how fast a beginner would have so much money. Well, because of that. I hope an admin would be so friendly to unban him. I would appreciate that.
