Nowadays I don't really look at it, but I must confess I liked it when we could see people's kills instead. Anyway when I first joined LVP, I remember it was as it is right now and as Darkfire mentioned already, I also used looked at it to see who had more money to chase / teleport to that person ahah. So yeah, the money's apparently better for new players.
Alternatively we could have a command ... like /DMers or something, where it would display a table / textdraw with the top 10 killers.
Or... as it had been already discussed in the beta team board, it could be switching to the money and then to the kills every 10 seconds. But then it could get confusing for new people.
...Or by default it would be showing the money to everyone, but we could have a command to enable a single player to be able to see the server's kill instead. (I am not really sure if it is possible in SA:MP)
