Go to My Documents, Then it has a folder called "GTA San Andreas User Files" Double click, Then there's a file called "gta_sa.set" Delete it, Then open your GTA as if you are going to play single version. Then exit out. Only need to do this once. Not everytime. I don't know why this matters but it does. And then start up samp. And it should work fine. I hope.
If for some reason this does not work then you probably need to remove all GTA and re download it.
If that doesn't work then there is something wrong with your registry in the computer itself and should have someone fix it. Also remove any spyware. I'm betting you might know that already though.
However, on rare occasion mine will crash again if I am around a big explosion in the game. I just exit out of everything and restart the game and its fine.
