Regarding my old accout

Hello people of LVP,

I have a problem. I have registered an account a few years ago. I enjoyed spending my time playing on LVP, however my last login was about 2 years back. I decided to come back and play some more. I've seen that a lot has changed in the last 2 years, nonetheless i tried to login but it didn't work. My old nickname was matrix_smith and I did a search and I found myself still in the system:

I also remeber my password but for some reason i cannot login. I tried to change my password as Admin Striker recommended me but for some reason the 'forgot password form' kept giving me this error:

No user could be found with the entered information.

It also appears I cannot login on the forum either with my old account. It kept saying that the accout did not exist.
Maybe it is because it has been so long since i last logged in. I do not know. My old account was a VIP account. I am afraid of losing the VIP status and my progress and money.
Could you please tell me what's wrong and come with a solution? I am clearly still in the database:

I remember Admin Sander making me a VIP after I donated a sum of money. I am really looking forward to play with my old account again.
