Isn't it possible that it switches? I saw that in earlier versions of SA-MP, I'm sure it's still possible. So 5 seconds for kills, 5 seconds for money. Could even add other things to it, but that'd be messy, since you wouldn't quite know what's what. But these two should speak for themselves.
