I thought of suggesting the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I played on a server called "San Andreas Deathmatch" and they had open DM arenas for various things like run weapons, walk weapons, minigun, sniper, deagle, etc. Even though I don't DM much, I really enjoyed playing there.
It'd be a good idea to have such DM games where players could join and start fighting immediately.
