killing with seasparrow is the same killing with rc (infact its easy to kill seasparrow rather than rc)

seasparrow - fast m4 shooting like minigun
rc- same thing fast m4  and rc is small also and difficult to destroy

i think rc shud also be punishable (though its for vip) still it should get some punishment

it shudnt take as much hp as it does right now, it kills u in 3sec, if it killed u in about 7sec then it wud be ok
