The points is, that he doesnt need to create a gang now in first instance - Stormkid has 20pluspoints now, which allows him (as you sure may know
) to bank almost all that money he has lost due to your (management) problems with the gang-stuff..so u can give him that money personally and he can bank it - if he loses that banked money, hes screwed and its on him!
and btw: if he gets that cash u can delete these 2 gangs and you have 2 problems less to solve.
