LVP 2.94.6 bugs

- The message "This ship is a peace zone....", which appears on top of Gunther's head, appears on one of the players in /minigun.

EDIT: I realized that Gunther is missing. So, whoever joins with ID 7 will have that message on his head.

- Damaged vehicles can be repaired in /jump zones and be brought back to the main world. /vr can easily be abused like this.
