can't fly for shit in LV without a random low draw distance ramp spawning up in front of you.

I would suggest removing the center ones definitely, leave he stunt maps on the shore lines/very low activity areas.
I would also like to throw in that any ramps on roadways/side walks should be modified to parking lots or near by areas where they won't get in the way. It would be still cool to have a few ramps in the center of LV, not like totally insane ones, just random small ramps to get on rooftops and what-not
