I'm not sure if that or that may help you, but I hope so. You would basically have to check for the value in the cell, if it is < 0 make it red (RGB -> 255, 0, 0), otherwise make it blue (RGB -> 0, 0, 255), I never worked with VBA in Excel, so you would have to do that on your own, except someone else here could help you.
