you can:
1) remember which skin you replaced and put the original one back, you can find backups on the interwebz
2) replace your gta3.img with a new one or reinstall gtasa, but you will lose all your mods
3) try reinstalling the skin manually with imgtool replacing files correctly and rebuilding the archive afterwards
.dff skin mods are not really allowed tho as they give advantages if they are too small, only .txd modifications using original .dff files are
