Sniper headshot doesn't always count as a kill. If it's only you and someone else in /wwtw for example and if you kill your opponent with a sniper headshot, he dies normally, but you don't leave the minigame. Same happens in FC fights and probably with everything else.
Today I joined with a weird bug, I had god mod and I was not able to use commands - I was supposedly taking part of a minigame.
Another thing, I don't know if it might be a new SA:MP bug, but it happened exactly what happened yesterday when the server crashed. Apparently it had only crashed for me. IRC kept working normally. I noticed in #LVP.echo it said I had 'timeout'ed. It was saying "trying to reconnect etc", nothing happened. The beta server appeared to be stuck for me as well during that period. It only got fixed like 10 minutes after. Ah and all the other SA:MP servers were fine for me, so I don't think it was my connection since it didn't even happen before.
