i apply for a job and type like a 10 year old. the employer checks applications, he sees smthg like this "Hi, me nAmE arE sPrEe n im meture, accEpt my plz"

ok the employer doesnt know you personally, and he must make his decision according to the applications. Do u think someone who cant type seems mature to him?
1. he thinks this guy is mentally retarded and MAY give him a job as a janitor cause he feels pity of him
2. he thinks this guy hasn't graduated elementary school and throws the application away
3.your version - he doesnt check spelling, he just understands that he's dealing with a mature guy and will accept him.
