Cool idea, that's a map Jay found on the SA:MP forums. On the beta server we have a few more tubes like these. I've also been thinking about adding more, I just didn't have time to do so. 
Oh and we don't have to move these objects to another world, to facilitate people who enjoys to fly around Las Venturas, we can simply place them not too high, around the buildings. Also, San Andreas map has a lot of water, which there's plenty of space to map above of it. The tubes may start in Las Venturas and then lead to the "nowhere, somewhere", in the water.
