Scar, I didn't think of this as transportation, but more as a three dimensional maze, if you go with the large idea. Otherwise just some pipes connected in weird ways that you drive through trying to find the most creative way, kind of like parkour but with pipes. 
From the feedback you guys have given me I'm sure this will need to be in a separate zone or something like that. To make sure other players won't collide into these pipes as well as being able to use /vr or even having godmode, so you won't have to slow down to type /vr (it can make a difference).
