I like it. I'ld just like to add something.
Instead of having so many spawned vehicles around the map, you guys could implement something similar to this:

On this server they barely have spawned vehicles, they use some kinda of icons which when you stand on it, you automatically receive the respective vehicle instead. It would also be cool for the people who want to spawn vehicles at the stunt areas in the main world. I'm not suggesting to remove all the spawned vehicles, but simply reduce them.
Edit: all this would obviously be to help the ones who get lag issues.
