I think DM'ers will moan a lot if the spray-can will become a spawn weapon, it is freaking annoying if someone 'sprays' u to death and the only possible escape is /dive.
It could be fixed though is the size of the spray-can is enough to make 1~2 tags, and it is refilled after a tag, since that amount of paint won't kill a man.
