If you don't know him or you don't care about him then don't give your feedback and simply let him go, instead of having him reply back and so on. A simple Goodbye, take care will do it. If you think he's gonna be back then at least try to say it in a sarcastic way to avoid the endless ( until locked by a moderator ) fights / flame-wars.
