First of all, your word that he "hasnt done anything" is worth nothing. Nor you appealing for him. If you really want a crewmember to look into this:

1. Get him to post a ban appeal for himself
2. Provide the ban date
3. Provide the IP
4. Explain why you were falsely banned for money cheats and illegal teleports.

Then a crew member will look into it and check whether there's any truth in that guys story.

For now, your unban request is denied and will remain so unless you provide more info.
