[S] Classify shipkills as "lame kills"

I don't know why it's not classed as a "lame kill". It should be. And the fact that ship killing has a consequence isn't an argument either because drive-by kills give the victim a punishment menu and, I don't know if they do now, but heli-kills used to give a punishment menu, yet both of those, to my knowledge, are classed as a "lame kill".
