So eh, I am not sure what I did but I was playing in LVM and I hit a button or something. Then this shit happened. I tried changing some settings but nothing.

Anyone have any idea what this is and how I get rid of it?

Edit: Right... so the second picture with the lifebars can be explained by a feature in a mod I didn't even know about. First still puzzles me. Might just be the same though.
