The video doesn't make me think this player abused it enough for me to take action. I mean, he could've been paused before you hit him, because he's not taking damage, he could've been bugged and didn't see you standing on him and he was standing next to you and decided to reconnect. Also, should it have proven to me this player did infact abuse I would've probably only given a verbal warning or a two minute jail.
So I cannot take any action against him. Please get longer videos showing more, the more information we get the better it is.
