Valve announced a new Counter Strike game a few days ago.

"CS: GO is being developed by Valve in cooperation with Seattle-based Hidden Path Entertainment. The title is targeted for release in early 2012 and will be playable at this year's PAX Prime and Eurogamer Expo 2011."
Interesting to see how it will be, though in my opinion the Source engine is starting to get a lil' old.
I also wonder whether, considering Valves free2play phase, it might not cost anything. Just a guess, but other people online are getting the same feeling.
