If you found out a bug, you should report it here and with the correct format.
As you know, this is a private section which not the whole LVP community has access, it is always good to report it on the public section so everyone is able to discuss and help what bug is really happening.
About your problem on IRC, there is also a specific section for it, try here.
Imagine what would happen if we had only one single topic to talk/discuss about hundreds of different subjects.
