agree .. Perm properties Should be good if people get Equal income! ... Else its not Worth discussing ;P

Issue is it goes directly against the whole point of this topic anyways, this system is supposed to keep people off the ship and moving around, if people had props offline, well, then they don't need to go anywhere at all.
