Nope I don't sit at my computer all day, sorry..

Well first of all I would recommend SA:MP 0.3c R3 if you want to gain some FPS, up to like 20+, I had massive improvement when installing it.

If SA:MP is not what you want a FPS improvement in, please mention the game you do want some better FPS, currently right now your graphic card, is rather low-end for the 4xxx series, I would have recommended the HD4650 with a dual core CPU

I want to be able to run GTA 4, no problem.
