[BUG] all earnings not working

basiclly what happens is my cash gets frozen randomly

location seems to happen on ship

but every now and then it randomlly happens

other players having same prob is not known

even if i /kill or /q the bug still seems to take effect

the version of samp?

In what version did the bug occur? (example: 2.90.38 or 2.91.0)

any and all income from property's do sent work
