I'm suprised that so many of you didn't know about this 
Anyway, this is a great way to improve ALOT of FPS with frapsing for low-end and even high-end PC's.
If you press F9 (gets rid of killboard) it slightly increases FPS too, but that's not really useful unless you're making some sort of movie.
Also a little tip for some of you (although most already know) for 'FPS Stability':
However many CPUs you have, San Andreas only ever starts with 1 CPU running the game. So to increase FPS Stability, minimize your game, go to Task Manager > Processes > GTASA.exe > right click and click on 'Set Affinity' and change it to as many CPUs as you have.
