Well eh, players should spawn with low HPs and they should be given a Deagle, although someone could just run around without getting hit by anyone (thanks the awesome SA-MP sync) and then kill everyone while they can't even shoot back. Also, it's almost impossible to kill someone which is trying to knife you back (or, even worse, kill you with a deagle).

The idea is cool, but it is not very doable. We should make some changes to the whole system.
