I don't know then. The thing is: 'noobs' enjoy gifts and in other servers they can have it with a simple command, but obviously you don't want that.
Perhaps these reaction tests should be only for new players, with less than 50 hours. After they get 100 reactions tests, they would be able to answer the 'normal' ones.
Or make different levels, for example:
According to each level the type of present would change.
Or maybe I'm just thinking too much, it will never work properly and forget it all, lol.
