We would like to organise a meeting where we can all have a good honest discussion about what we plan on doing to improve things in 2011.
Some areas for discussion:
- Development targets, goals, procedures and priorities
- Testing and updating procedure
- Coding guidelines
- Player count issues
- Recruitment
We would like everybody who is currently idling in the development channel to take part in this. That is, obviously, including those that are not developers (or even management) so we can hear some varied opinions.
