If i see a user with a high ping, mostly 350+, I pm him to ask some things.
Like: Is the user downloading stuff, or uploading, or maybe just has a slow internet connection, or in the USA or something.
And if the ping is too high, like 600+, and the user is DM-ing, i guess i would kick then, after a PM.

and they have a ping between 200~250 afaik.
It's high, but it's playable. Sometimes my ping is around 200 when downloading some stuff, so i know it is playable
But the admin's don't have general action for a high ping. Talking to the player is the best way, and sometimes it works.
