I refused to create a custom property because in my opinion there already are enough properties (over 150 at the moment). If I see a person having more then 1 property named after him/her I tend to remove the other(s) randomly. Also gangproperties are removed (you have the gangbase, so stop asking).
You can, however, try to ask some other (more friendly
) admin to make your property. No guarantees given though.
