Alright here's something to keep you guys busy over the holidays.
It would be cool if LVP had an airport interior. We could add some cool features inside such as plane tickets, NPCs, properties, etc. We can add a door marker outside lv airport which teleports the players. We could also add it as a spawn point for new players connecting and add some properties in there for shops etc.
So, you have to think of an airport and what features should be included. Some suggestions:
- Nice large rooms with a high/tall ceiling
- Open - not too many doors/walls etc
- At least two floors separated by escalators and maybe an elevator, which I can script.
- Baggage terminals with desks at each one and a place for an NPC to sit/stand
- Shops. Lots of shops - perhaps these could be situated on the second floor. I know there are some useful objects used in berkleys RC shop that could be used as model planes
- A cafe / restaurant
- A bar
- Smoking areas
- Toilets
- Benches
- Plane boarding areas
- Information desk
- Flight information screens / panels all over the show
- ATM machines (they can always be added later)
- Baggage reclaim area
- etc etc, you get the idea, I'm sure you've been to an airport at least once in your life

I'm pretty certain with the objects available in SA that this is more than possible to pull off and really look good.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to organise this as a group thing. I.e. somebody creates the base and then you all decorate together. Just make sure it's nice and huge
If you do organise it as a group event I'll be sure to help out setting up any object editors on the test server and helping you find object IDs etc.
