You already mentioned that in the main gang topic, it's a HUGE change and not nearly, but close to nearly not possible to script that that accurate...

Like:

each active gang receive a turf only for itself(who can't be captured by someone else)

- What shall we do when there is no turf left to receive?

,if any player owns a prop on a gang's turf,the gang receive 10% of the money from the prop(protection tax )

- Possible

remove from those already existing (they wont be needed anymore)

- You still have to think about the players not being in any gang or not having that much money to buy the vehicles.

and each gang should have a mapper or someone to mapp their gang base to make it look cool

- That would result it tons of unused objects when the gang gets deleted, also the gang stuff has to be saved anywhere, and it wouldn't be possible to store 300 objects per gang on our database.

- Possible to do and will probably be avialable in the next update.

+ gangs should be only able for  those who wear tags......its annoying to see 30 new players eachone with his own gang.

- Gang doesn't mean clan, there are still many players who just want to lead a gang out of fun. The function that only admins can create gangs hasn't been added for fun, admins should know who might lead a gang and who not, I'm sure that we will clean the gang database in the future and delete not active gangs.

I don't want to comment on any other of your points because it's not useful in my mind, that would make LVP into a mixture of a gang and RPG server.
